We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, TradingView username, and Discord username (optional). We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device information through analytics tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and manage your subscription; grant TradingView indicator access; send transactional emails (welcome, receipts, access notifications); respond to support requests; and improve our Service. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. TradingView Username
Your TradingView username is used exclusively to grant you access to your subscribed indicators. It is shared with TradingView's platform as part of the invite-only access management process. We do not share it with any other third parties.
4. Payment Data
Payment processing is handled by LemonSqueezy. We do not store your payment card details on our servers. LemonSqueezy processes payments as Merchant of Record and handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: LemonSqueezy (payment processing), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (website hosting), and Resend (transactional email). All providers are bound by data processing agreements.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; export your data; and opt out of marketing communications. Contact support@zansignals.io to exercise these rights.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with our Service. You can control cookie settings through your browser.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure database storage, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
