1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ZanSignals ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all users, including free trial users and paid subscribers.
2. Description of Service
ZanSignals provides algorithmic TradingView indicators and educational trading content. Our indicators are provided as tools for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or portfolio management services.
3. Subscription Plans
We offer Starter, Pro, and Elite subscription plans on a monthly or lifetime basis. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Lifetime plans provide permanent access to the indicators included in your plan at time of purchase. Plan features are subject to change with reasonable notice.
4. TradingView Access
After purchasing a plan and providing your TradingView username, we grant you invite-only access to your indicators. Access is non-transferable and for personal use only. Sharing your access credentials or indicators with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are generally final. We do not offer automatic refunds or subscription swaps. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, you may submit a request by emailing support@zansignals.io. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We are under no obligation to issue a refund if the Service has been delivered and access has been granted. Lifetime plans are non-refundable under any circumstances. If you are unsure whether ZanSignals is right for you, we strongly encourage you to use our free 7-day trial before making a purchase.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not: resell, redistribute, or sublicense our indicators; reverse engineer or copy our proprietary algorithms; use our Service for any unlawful purpose; share your account access with third parties; or use automated systems to access our Service without permission.
7. Intellectual Property
All ZanSignals indicators, code, content, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of ZanSignals. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the indicators for personal trading purposes only.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our indicators will be profitable, error-free, or continuously available. Trading results shown are based on backtested historical data and do not guarantee future performance.
9. Limitation of Liability
ZanSignals and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 30 days prior to the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon termination, your access to indicators will be revoked.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
