Monthly & Annual Subscriptions
All monthly and annual subscription plans include a 24-hour money-back guarantee from the time of purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 24 hours of your payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Refund requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Lifetime Plans
Lifetime plans are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please ensure you have reviewed the plan contents and tested our indicators via the free 7-day trial before making a lifetime purchase. All lifetime sales are final.
Free Trial
We offer a free 7-day trial with no credit card required. We strongly recommend using the trial to evaluate the indicators before purchasing. The trial includes access to ZanSignals Lite and ZanSession.
Technical Issues
If an indicator fails to function as technically described due to an error on our part, we will work to resolve the issue promptly. If we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued at our discretion regardless of the 24-hour window.
Exceptions — No Refund
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: requests submitted more than 24 hours after purchase; lifetime plan purchases; accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations; or disputes initiated via chargeback without prior communication with our support team.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly — please contact us before disputing a charge.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@zansignals.io within 24 hours of purchase with your order details and registered email address. You can also reach us via Telegram @zansignals_support_bot. We process all valid refund requests within 1–3 business days.
